UITcrew: Application form 2025

How nice that you want to sign up as a crew for UIT 2025! Please read the information below carefully.

On Saturday, June 21, there is crewday 1, where we will play ping pong and afterwards there will be a +1 drinks!

On Friday, August 8 is crew day 2, this is compulsory for all crew members and will be followed by a fun activity as well.

Registration via a student organisation is possible. You will receive a unique registration link from your student organisation and register via that link.

Note! At the end of the registration, you can indicate if you want to be classified together with a friend. Here you both have to fill in each other's account details (first name, last name, e-mail address and mobile number).

As LOCO, you are partly responsible for managing crew members during a UIT event. You are in direct line with the event managers and the UIT board during the event.

You have a sense of responsibility and are reliable. This means that we expect you to turn up when expected and perform your tasks seriously.
You know how to get things done.
You are enthusiastic and create a positive atmosphere.
You abide by the UIT's house rules, code of conduct and alcohol policy.
You come to one of the introductory talks when you have applied for UITcrew for the first time.
You are present at the compulsory crew day on 8 August.

After that, you go to the next step where you check your details and agree to the code of conduct, alcohol and drugs policy and privacy statement. After that step, you will be given the option to be grouped together with a friend, if you wish.
