UITcrew: Application form
How nice that you want to sign up as a crew for UIT 2024! Please read the information below carefully.

On 21 June is crewday 1, we will play ping-pong and afterwards there will be a +1 drink!
On 8 August is crew day 2, this is compulsory for all crew members. 

Registration via a student organisation is possible. You will receive a unique registration link from your student organisation and register via that link. 

Note! At the end of the registration, you can indicate if you want to be classified together with a friend. Here you both have to fill in each other's account details (first name, last name, e-mail address and mobile number).

Didn't receive a unique link from your student organisation? You can request this from them. 


Will this be your first time as a UITcrew? Click 'yes' and choose which introductory meeting you come to.

If you have been a UITcrew  before? Tick 'no' and we will see you at the mandatory crewday.

Tuesday 11 June from 11:00 to 12:00. is full.
Wednesday 12 June from 14:00 to 15:00. is full.

Will you attend the crew day on Friday 21 June?

This crew day is organized to get to know your fellow UIT crew members

Will you attend the mandatory crew day on Thursday, August 8?

If 'no', state why you cannot attend the compulsory crew day and propose a suitable solution. 


What is your clothing size for your crew shirt?

Do you have an injury or something that needs to be taken into account during the UIT?


Would you like to be a location coordinator (LOCO) this year?

As LOCO, you are partly responsible for managing crew members during a UIT event. You are in direct line with the event managers and the UIT board during the event.


Are you in possession of a driving licence?

If so, there is a chance you will be on a shift where you will be a driver (B transport licence).

Do you hold a Emergency Response (in Dutch, it is called BHV diploma)?


Do you hold a Social Responsibility diploma (in Dutch, it is called Sociale Hygiƫne)?


Would you enjoy being behind the bar during the UIT?


Do you have experience in tapping, changing kegs and/or pouring buffets?


Would you like to help at the mentor day on Friday, 9 August?

This will be from about 11:00 am and includes lunch. 

Would you like to give an alcohol education session during mentor day?

If yes, you should be available in the late morning on Wednesday, 7 August to attend a training session. This training includes lunch and will last for 3 hours. 

These are our expectations of you as UITcrew:

  • You have a sense of responsibility and are reliable. This means that we expect you to turn up when expected and perform your tasks seriously.
  • You know how to get things done.
  • You are enthusiastic and create a positive atmosphere.
  • You abide by the UIT's house rules, code of conduct and alcohol policy.
  • You come to one of the introductory talks when you have applied for UITcrew for the first time.
  • You are present at the compulsory crew day on 8 August.

After that, you go to the next step where you check your details and agree to the code of conduct, alcohol and drugs policy and privacy statement. After that step, you will be given the option to be grouped together with a friend, if you wish. 

You will now register as UITcrew for the UIT. The registration process consists of the following steps:

  1. Your registration
  2. Your personal data
  3. Registration summary and option to crew together with a friend
  4. Confirmation
